About the Job :
Vidhigya Associates, Advocates is hiring for its Capital Markets team and is inviting applications for the positions of Associates and Senior Associates.
Eligibility :
(i) Associates: At least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
(ii) Senior Associates: 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
(iii) Candidates should have relevant experience in capital markets and strong drafting, research and communication skills.
(iv) Freshers are not eligible to apply.
Responsibility :
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
