Eligibility :
(i) LLB/LLM graduates
(ii) Fresh law graduates
(iii) Interest in litigation and research
(iv) Excellent research, analytical & communication skills
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.
(iii) β Appearing before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
(iv) β Coordinating with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders for case updates and filings.
(v) β Ensuring timely preparation and submission of documents and maintaining case files.
