About the Internship :
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has opened up applications for Assessment Intern/ Associate for the General Corporate and M&A team.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Experience of training or working with a reputed law firm in the Corporate /M&A practice
(v) Good understanding of corporate laws including Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, SEBI laws, RBI regulations, Indian Contract Act, Industrial and Labour Laws
(vi) CS qualification and related training/work experience would be preferred
Responsibilities:
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts.
(vi) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Duration : Minimum 1 Months.
