Mishra & Associates is a full-service law firm based in West Delhi, with offices located in Rajouri Garden and Mayapuri. The firm handles matters across various litigation and dispute resolution practice areas. The firm is hiring a Junior Associate to join its litigation team. The role involves handling matters before the Delhi District Courts and the Delhi High Court across diverse areas of litigation.
Eligibility :
(i) Strong drafting and court appearance skills
(ii) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(iii) Primary field of work: Criminal, Civil & Matrimonial Litigation
(iv) Excellent written and spoken English
(v) Prior litigation experience (preferred)
(vi) Well-versed with High Court appearances, filings, and procedural compliances
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
