About the Job :
Diaz Legal is looking for passionate individuals to join their dynamic team at their office in Noida.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years PQE
(iii) Strong drafting and legal research skills
(iv) Ability to handle independent appearances before Courts/Tribunals
(v) Good understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(vi) Ability to manage matters independently and assist in litigation strategy
(vii) Candidates with prior litigation chamber/law firm experience will be preferred
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
