About the Internship :
247.ai is hiring a Legal Intern to join its in-house legal team. The internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate, commercial, and compliance-related matters in a dynamic work environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) LLB graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
(iv) Strong written and verbal communication skills
(v) Interest in corporate law and compliance matters
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting and reviewing contracts, including NDAs, procurement agreements, and amendments
(ii) Handling real legal tasks with minimal supervision
(iii) Assisting with compliance related to labour laws, data privacy, and corporate governance
(iv) Support client advisory and compliance-related work
(v) Support in reviewing contracts and agreements
(vi) Assisting in client interactions and advocacy strategy
(vii) Conducting legal research and tracking regulatory updates
Duration : 6 months
