About the Job :
INDIA JURIS is having an immediate requirement for two associates for their Bengaluru office. The candidate should be from Karnataka and know Kannada very well.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Experience – 1-3 years
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Vertical – General corporate and Litigation (candidate should have mix of both or willing to work in both vertical)
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
