The law firm, S&R Associates, represented Freight Commerce Solutions (Freight Tiger), a provider of technology-based logistics and transportation solutions, in the acquisition of approximately 18% of its share capital by Tata Motors Limited, a listed global automotive manufacturer, from existing shareholders. Following the completion of the transaction, Freight Tiger is a subsidiary of Tata Motors Limited.
