Golf Saudi Appoints Meshari Alomari in Expanded Legal Leadership Role
Meshari Alomari has announced that he has joined Golf Saudi as Senior Legal Manager, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Sharing the development, Meshari said,
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Legal Manager at Golf Saudi!”
In his new role, Meshari will oversee legal advisory, contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, and legal support for business and operational matters. His responsibilities include managing legal requests, reviewing commercial agreements, supporting trademark and regulatory matters, and providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
Prior to his elevation, Meshari served at Golf Saudi as Senior Legal Consultant | Legal Manager, where he provided comprehensive legal advisory services to Golf Saudi, the Saudi Golf Federation, and affiliated entities across corporate, commercial, procurement, and regulatory matters. During his tenure, he led the legal function, advised on procurement and tendering processes, managed contractual disputes, and supported governance, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.
Earlier, he worked as Senior Legal Officer at Golf Saudi, overseeing legal operations across corporate, administrative, and regulatory matters, while also supporting governance and board functions.
Meshari also briefly served as Legal Advisor at Lynx Construction & Contracting Company, where he advised on construction contracts, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance. He began his legal career as a Lawyer (Intern) at Meshari Almanea Law Office and later undertook a Legal Internship at Asem Alessa Office for Advocacy, Arbitration and Notary. Prior to entering the legal profession, he also worked as Governmental Relations Officer at Reynad Gulf Foundation.
Meshari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Public Law from Dar Al Uloom University.
This appointment reflects Golf Saudi’s continued focus on strengthening its legal and governance capabilities as it expands its operations and strategic initiatives across the Kingdom and internationally.
