Prior to this role, he served as Principal Adviser at DealWorks Advisory, where he advised on strategic legal and business matters. Before that, he spent over three years at Moove, most recently as Deputy Chief Legal Counsel and earlier as General Counsel, Sub-Saharan Africa, where he led legal and compliance strategy across multiple global markets, supported major fundraising rounds, and built scalable governance frameworks.
Earlier in her career, he held senior legal roles at Stanbic IBTC Bank and Stanbic IBTC Capital, where he worked on complex financing transactions including syndicated loans, capital market issuances, IPOs, and cross-border financing structures.
He began her legal career at Banwo & Ighodalo and Aluko & Oyebode, advising on M&A, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions.
He holds an LL.B. from Obafemi Awolowo University, a BL from the Nigerian Law School, and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Cambridge.
