Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Lead Managers on Bagmane Prime Office REIT IPO
The premier full-service Indian law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as Indian legal counsel to the Lead Managers for the initial public offering of units of Bagmane Prime Office REIT (“Bagmane REIT”), comprising a fresh issue of units aggregating to INR 23,900 million and an offer for sale by the selling unitholder, BREP Asia III India Holding Co VIII Pte. Ltd., aggregating to INR 10,150 million.
The transaction involved the listing of units of Bagmane REIT and marks a significant development in the Indian REIT market.
The CAM team was led by Janhavi Manohar (Partner), with support from Veena Raghav (Senior Associate Designate), Arjun Nair (Associate), Anna Kallivayalil (Associate), Sanjana Prasad (Associate), Parameswaran Chidamparam (Associate), and Medha Biswas (Associate).
