Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised ICICI Prudential Office Yield Optimiser Fund AIF – II on acquisition of Grade A properties from RMZ Group
The India’s leading law firm, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) acted as legal counsel to ICICI Prudential Office Yield Optimiser Fund AIF – II, a fund managed by ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited, in relation to its acquisition of two Grade-A office properties, namely EcoWorld 21 (Bengaluru) and RMZ Edge (Pune), from the RMZ Group, for an aggregate consideration of approximately INR 2,600 crore (USD 312 million).
