About the Job :
Lawrbit Global Compliance Network is looking for a Senior Legal Analyst to join their Customer Success team. If you have experience in LegalTech/SaaS and enjoy working with clients & compliance, we’d love to connect.
Eligibility :
(i) 3-5 years experience in Legal Tech / SaaS/Consulting Roles
(ii) Strong understanding of compliance & enterprise Laws
(iii) Excellent communication & Presentation skills
(iv) High emotional intelligence & client handling ability
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
