Zaki Hashem advised CJN on USD 1 billion industrial complex in Suez
The prominent and historic Egyptian law firm, Zaki Hashem advised Chinese phosphate chemical industries company CJN on the establishment of a phosphate chemical industrial complex within the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE).
The firm supported CJN on the usufruct contract signed for 905,000 m² within Elsewedy Industrial Development’s area in the zone. The project will be executed in three consecutive phases, with total investments of approximately USD 1 billion.
