Haitham has been with YOUSSEF + PARTNERS for nearly seven years, previously serving as Senior Associate and Associate, where he advised on arbitration matters and corporate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable experience at Moharram Law Firm and Shahid Law Firm, focusing on energy, infrastructure projects, corporate compliance, legal due diligence, and corporate secretarial work.
He holds an LLM in Global Business, Trade, and Economics from Ain Shams University, an LLB in Law from Minufiya University, and a BA in Arabic Language from Minufiya University.
