
White & Case advised EchoStar on spectrum license sale transactions with AT&T and SpaceX
The Global Law Firm, White & Case advised EchoStar Corporation on two landmark transactions in the telecommunications sector.
In August, the firm advised EchoStar on its agreement to sell its 3.45 GHz and 600 MHz spectrum licenses to AT&T for approximately USD 23 billion, enhancing connectivity across the United States. Shortly after, the firm advised EchoStar on its agreement to sell its AWS-4 and H-block spectrum licenses to SpaceX for approximately USD 17 billion plus USD 2 billion of debt service, enabling Boost Mobile subscribers to access Starlink Direct to Cell services.
