Werksmans Attorneys successfully represented a Danish investor in a high-stakes investor-state arbitration involving a multi-million dollar claim against the Government of Tanzania. The claim was filed under the Bilateral Investment Treaty between the Kingdom of Denmark and the United Republic of Tanzania, with proceedings held before the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Peace Palace in The Hague.
