Veritas Legal Acted & Advised for Pivotroots Group in its Acquisition by Havas Media
Veritas Legal has acted and advised for PivotRoots Group (India & UAE) (PivotRoots) in its secondary acquisitions of majority stake of shareholding by Havas Media Network. The value of the deal remained confidential.
French advertising and public relations company Havas’s India arm, Havas Media India had announced the acquisition of PivotRoots, a digital marketing and communications agency.
Launched in 2016, PivotRoots provided cutting-edge solutions to clients across a wide range of industries in India and the UAE.
PivotRoots has worked with brands like Amazon Prime Video, Swiggy, Hindustan Unilever, Disney, Bisleri, Medlife, and Urban Company, among others. Being a fully integrated agency, PivotRoots is a leading provider of solutions in brand and performance marketing, UI/UX, digital content creation, and marketing technology through its recently launched division PivotConsult.
The Mergers & Acquisition practice of Veritas Legal advised and acted on behalf of PivotRoots and its promoters, namely, Shibu Shivanandan, Yogesh Khanchandani, Hetal Kirit Parikh and Dhruvi Shibu in the secondary acquisitions in Pivotroots. The team actively negotiated and drafted the transaction documents and also conducted due diligence.
