Trilegal advised PhonePe on its proposed initial public offering
The leading Indian law firm, Trilegal, is advising PhonePe on its proposed initial public offering of equity shares, for which the company has filed its Preliminary Draft Red Herring Prospectus (PDRHP) through a confidential filing route.
