The leading law firm, Trilegal advised Mahindra Logistics on its INR 749.27 crore rights issue, one of the largest in India’s logistics sector in recent years, and among the first major rights issues completed under SEBI’s revised rights-issue framework.
Mahindra Logistics, a tech-enabled integrated logistics and mobility solutions provider and part of the Mahindra Group, will utilise the proceeds from the rights issue towards repayment of loans and general corporate purposes.
