Trilegal advised Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited on its proposed Initial Public Offering of equity shares aggregating up to INR 30,000 million, comprising a Fresh Issue portion of up to INR 21,438.62 million and an Offer for Sale portion of up to INR 8,561.38 million.

Trilegal also advised the Promoter Selling Shareholders — Manjunatha Donthi Venkatarathnaiah and Shubha Manjunatha Donthi — offering up to INR 8,561.38 million in the proposed Initial Public Offering.
