S&R Associates Advised Mehru Electricals On Rs.1.2 Billion Sale Of Share Capital To Quality Power Electrical Equipments
The deal is aimed at expanding high-voltage instrument transformer capabilities and global reach
S&R Associates has advised Mehru Electricals and Mechanical Engineers on the Rs.1.2 billion sale of 51 percent of its share capital to Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited.
While Mehru Electricals manufactures high-voltage instrument transformers for utilities, industries and power transmission networks, Quality Power is a listed manufacturer of high-voltage electrical equipment and solutions.
The S&R team was led by Partner Sanjeev Adlakha and Counsel Kanika Khanna. It included Associates Vinayaditya Reddy and Ananya Mittal.
