S&R Associates advised AKM Enterprises, part of the MBD Group, in the INR 4.9 billion sale of the MBD Neopolis Mall and Radisson Blu Hotel MBD in Ludhiana, Punjab to Select Infrastructure, a special purpose vehicle of Nexus Select Trust, a listed real estate investment trust.
