S&R Associates advised IRB Infrastructure Trust on investment in IRB Chandibhadra Tollway
The leading law firm in India, S&R Associates represented IRB Infrastructure Trust, an infrastructure investment trust which owns and operates road assets in India, in its investment, including upfront concession fees of INR 30.8 billion, in IRB Chandibhadra Tollway, the concessionaire of a highway corridor in the state of Odisha. The investment is part of IRB Infrastructure Trust’s strategy to expand and strengthen its portfolio of operational road assets across India.
