The leading law firm in India, S&R Associates is representing CapitaLand India Trust, a business trust listed in Singapore, on the divestment of its 20.20% stake held through its wholly-owned Indian subsidiary in each of the data centre assets located in Chennai, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, India, to wholly-owned subsidiaries of CapitaLand India Data Centre Fund Pte. Ltd.
