Singhi joins Tata Sons as AVP
Singhi quits one job to join another based in Mumbai
Gaurav Singhi, former Mumbai Partner of Argus Partners leaves the firm to join as Assistant Vice President (Legal) in Tata Sons.
Being a graduate of 2006 from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (WBNUJS), Gaurav did specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments.
Gaurav was working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, henceforth he joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM). In April 2021 he joined Argus Partners from CAM.
With the team led by Akshay Chudasama, he moved on to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas from J Sagar Associates in 2015
Singhi’s experience graph extended from Wadhia Ghandy & Co where he worked previously, thereafter to Phoenix Legal and Trilegal in Mumbai.
