Sidley advised Nexus Renewable Power in US$220 Million Financing

The global law firm Sidley advised Nexus Renewable Power in securing US$220 million of project-level financing for its Goody solar and storage project in Lamar County, Texas. The financing included a preferred equity commitment from Goldman Sachs and tax credit purchase arrangements with a corporate investor. Sidley also advised Nexus in connection with the execution of a long-term power offtake agreement with Meta. The financing will support construction of the 172 MW solar and 237 MW storage facility.
