Seth, a B.Com (Hons) graduate from Delhi University and LL.B from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (Campus Law Centre, evening classes), began her legal career while working at KPMG, an experience that aided her transition into law.

She brings over a decade of experience advising leading Indian and international clients on a wide range of competition law (antitrust) matters. Her expertise includes:

  • Merger Control: Advising on complex merger filings and securing clearances from the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
  • Enforcement and Litigation: Representing clients in high-stakes proceedings before the CCI, NCLAT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.
