The Leading law firm in India, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co acted as legal counsel to Emami Limited on the proposed acquisition of 100% interest in Axiom Ayurveda Private Limited, Axiom Foods and Beverages Private Limited, and Axiom Packwell Private Limited from the founders, India. The acquisition includes brands and products such as ‘AloFrut’, an aloe vera pulp-based fruit beverage, strengthening Emami’s presence in the FMCG and consumer goods segment.
