The premier Indian full-service law firm, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM), acted as legal counsel to Keyaro Edutech Private Limited (Seekho) in relation to its USD 28 million Series B funding round.
The funding round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Goodwater, with participation from existing investors Elevation Capital and Lightspeed India Partners.
The Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Manish Gupta (Partner), with support from Rashi Singh (Principal Associate) and Mannshree Sikchi (Associate).
