Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Inventurus Knowledge Solutions in the Acquisition of Aquity Solutions
The transaction was valued at USD 200 million
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. has guided Inventurus Knowledge Solutions on its offshore financing to acquire Aquity Solutions Inc including issuance of guarantee to lenders JP Morgan Chase Bank NA, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Citibank NA through a reverse merger process.
The deal also included the creation of a special-purposes vehicle in the US for acquiring and merging with Aquity Solutions.
