Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised E2E Networks Limited on INR1.07 billion Qualified Institutions Placement
The leading law firm in India, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. acted as legal counsel to E2E Networks Limited in connection with its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) aggregating INR1.07 billion (approximately USD 12 million).
The QIP was undertaken to raise capital from qualified institutional buyers, with proceeds intended to fund the company’s capital expenditure for procurement of cloud compute infrastructure, including cloud GPUs, traditional compute infrastructure, and other related IT equipment, as well as for general corporate purposes.
