Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co acted as the legal advisors for IndiaIndeas.com Limited (BillDesk) on its 100% acquisition by PayU Payments Pvt Ltd (PayU), valued at approximately USD 4.7 billion. The transaction was approved unconditionally by the Competition Commission of India on 05 September, 2022.
