Shalini Saxena join as Legal Head at CoinDCX

Leading General Consel leaves Pine labs to join as Legal Head at CoinDCX

Shalini Saxena is now heading the Legal team at CoinDCX. Till last week as General Counsel for Pine Labs, aunicorn company in the fintech space, which she joined 2019. Her journey of over two decades started with a Delhi-based law firm, Kundra & Bansal, working as a litigating and corporate associate. Later, she joined Naspers, a South Africa-based company.

Thereafter, she became General Counsel for GE Renewables, a Tier-1 business in GE, comprising wind and hydro products and services. The key projects she handled included implementing turn-key solutions for wind business comprising multi-dimensional Risk-Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, land, developer, policy compliance, and risk/reward balance through construction and operational life of the projects.
