Rob Morrison Joins Davis Polk as West Coast Finance Partner
Global law firm Davis Polk today announced that Rob Morrison has joined the firm as a partner in its Finance practice, based in the firm’s Northern California office.
Morrison brings deep experience in leveraged finance, including the energy sector, advising agent banks, senior lenders, lead arrangers, investors, private equity funds, and other borrowers on secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, direct lending facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, and infrastructure financing matters in the United States and globally. He joins from White & Case, where he was a partner in the Debt Finance practice.
