Reed Smith advised Bregal Milestone, a leading European growth private equity firm, on its acquisition of TitanHQ, a SaaS cybersecurity company, and its strategic merger with Redstor, an existing portfolio company.

The transaction marks the formation of CyberSentriq, an integrated cybersecurity and data protection platform purpose-built for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). CyberSentriq combines the strengths of TitanHQ and Redstor to offer a unified solution aimed at accelerating global expansion.

The transaction is backed by a lender syndicate led by HSBC Innovation Banking and J.P. Morgan, positioning CyberSentriq for significant growth opportunities worldwide.

Reed Smith team advising Bregal Milestone and Redstor was led in London by Sam Webster and Ravi Pattani, partners in the firm’s Global Corporate Group, alongside Nick Williams, partner in the Financial Industry Group, who led on the debt financing aspects.
