Paul Hastings advised underwriters in Invitation Homes’ $600 million senior notes offering
The global law firm, Paul Hastings LLP advised BofA Securities, BMO Capital Markets, and J.P. Morgan, as representatives of the underwriters, in connection with the offering of $600 million of senior notes due 2033 by a subsidiary of Invitation Homes, an S&P 500 company and one of the leading owners and operators of single-family homes for lease.
