Paras Lalwani and Reka Mohan Join Rajah & Tann Singapore as Partners
The leading Singapore-based law firm Rajah & Tann Singapore has announced the addition of Paras Lalwani and Reka Mohan as Partners in its Commercial Litigation practice.
Both Lalwani and Mohan join the firm from Bayfront Law LLC. Their appointments are expected to further bolster the firm’s dispute resolution capabilities.
Lalwani is recognised for his expertise in commercial disputes, international arbitration, and regulatory investigations. Dual-qualified in Singapore and New York, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and is empanelled as an arbitrator with institutions such as SIAC, KCAB, HKIAC, and THAC. He regularly appears before Singapore courts and arbitral tribunals in both institutional and ad hoc proceedings.
Mohan brings extensive experience in banking and finance disputes, corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, restructuring and insolvency, and shareholder matters. She has represented listed companies, multinational corporations, regional and international banks, and high-net-worth individuals in complex, multijurisdictional cases. Mohan is bilingual in English and Tamil and frequently appears before all levels of Singapore courts and in both investor-state and commercial arbitrations.
