
Nandish Vyas rejoins AZB & Partners
The return is comforting to the firm that lately witnessed four partners leaving it
Nandish Vyas has rejoined AZB & Partners in Mumbai after seven years. He was working as a partner with Veritas Legal.
Vyas had left AZB in 2015 to be a part of the founding team at Veritas Legal, which, a year earlier, was set up by Abhijit Joshi.
Managing partner of Veritas Legal, Joshi commented, “We wish him all the very best.”
Vyas is a graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai. He started his career doing commercial and corporate litigation at the boutique firm Federal & Rashmikant. In 2006, he joined AZB & Partners and in 2013, was made a partner at the firm. An experienced corporate lawyer, he specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Recently, AZB had seen four of its partners Sai Krishna Bharathan, Pallabi Ghoshal, Shivani Kabra and Vivek Bajaj, leave the firm to join the Trilegal.
