Mahindra Finance appoints Ketaki Suklikar as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer (Designate)

Mahindra Finance has appointed Ketaki Suklikar as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer (Designate). She replaces Farida Balsara, who will be transitioning back to Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.

Suklikar is an alumna of ILS Law College, Pune, and holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from King’s College London (2005). With nearly two decades of experience, she brings extensive expertise in M&A, venture capital, private equity investments, and operations.

Prior to this appointment, Suklikar served as Vice President & Legal Head of M&A at the Mahindra Group, where she was responsible for all M&A transactions across the Group.

She has previously also worked at Wadia Ghandy & Co. for over seven years.
