M Mulla Associates has advised the Bandra Parsi Convalescent Home Trust (BPCHT) for the sale of its prime, sea-facing property at Bandra Bandstand in Mumbai to a reputed developer for Rs.350 crores.

The deal team comprised the managing partner Maneck Mulla; associate partner Scherezad Parelvala; and senior associate Vedant Desai.
