L&L Partners advised Venus Pipes & Tubes and SMC Capitals Limited

The Capital Markets team of the law firm L&L Partners has advised Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited and SMC Capitals Limited in connection with the initial public offering (IPO) of up to 5,074,100 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 1,654.16 million.
Venus Pipes is a Gujarat-based company engaged in the manufacturing and exports of stainless steel pipes and tubes.
The equity shares of the Company were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Limited and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India Limited. The stock opened at Rs.335 per share on the BSE, against the IPO price of Rs.326, while the listing price on the NSE was Rs.337.50.
