L&L Partners advise NIIF Infrastructure Finance Company
The economic assistance was worth Rs.1,000 million
L&L Partners has advised on takeout financing by NIIF Infrastructure Finance Company Limited to Vena Energy KN Private Limited for repayment of the existing lenders.
This was in connection with part re-financing the existing debt of the 46 MW wind-power projects located at Bijapur district in the State of Karnataka.
