IG Design Group Americas, a design, manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution company for branded and private label consumer products, plans to maximize value by engaging with buyers interested in acquiring certain business segments as a going concern, while concurrently winding down its domestically manufactured woven ribbon products business and related assets.
