Latham & Watkins LLP advised This Day and MARV on their minority investments in Best Intentions Analytics, the holding company of Brentford Football Club and Mérida AD.

British philanthropist Gary Lubner (founder of This Day Foundation) and British filmmaker Sir Matthew Vaughn (founder of MARV) will become minority shareholders in Best Intentions Analytics. The equity and financing from these new shareholders will support investment in the playing squad, expand commercial opportunities, and help grow Brentford Football Club’s reach locally and internationally.
