Latham & Watkins Advised NVIDIA on US$5 Billion Investment in Intel

The global law firm, Latham & Watkins LLP advised NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) in connection with its US$5 billion investment in Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC). The transaction involves NVIDIA acquiring Intel common stock at a purchase price of US$23.28 per share as part of a strategic collaboration to jointly develop multiple generations of custom data center and PC products, accelerating applications and workloads across hyperscale, enterprise, and consumer markets. The investment is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
