Latham & Watkins advised Maverick Gaming on Chapter 11 restructuring

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Maverick Gaming, a hotel and casino property operator, in its Chapter 11 process to implement a court-supervised restructuring supported by a majority of its prepetition lenders and its majority shareholder.

Maverick Gaming filed for Chapter 11 protection as part of a restructuring plan under a Transaction Support Agreement finalised in June 2025. The process includes a sale and marketing effort for some or all of its assets alongside the implementation of a potential Chapter 11 plan.
