Latham & Watkins advised L Catterton on its partnership with Dishoom
The leading global law firm Latham & Watkins advised L Catterton on its agreement to invest in Dishoom, a leading UK restaurant group. This marks Dishoom’s first-ever outside investment and will support its continued growth both within the UK and internationally, including the planned opening of a new US location in 2026.
The Latham & Watkins team was led by Linzi Thomas (Partner), Jon Fox (Partner), and Tom Evans (Partner), with support from Michael Houlder (Associate), Zaal Cama (Associate), and Catherine Fellows (Associate).
