Kirkland & Ellis advised Nordic Paper on long-term €275 million financing agreement

Kirkland & Ellis advised Nordic Paper, a specialty paper producer based in Scandinavia, on its entry into a long-term financing agreement with a syndicate of financial institutions for a €275 million senior secured term loan B and a €65 million revolving credit facility.

The proceeds from the term loan B will be used, among other purposes, to refinance and discharge existing debt within the Nordic Paper group.
