King & Spalding Appoints Nika Silva as New Counsel in Abu Dhabi
The global law firm, King & Spalding has announced its 2026 global promotions round, naming 17 new counsels across its international offices. Among them is Nika Silva, who has been elevated to counsel in the firm’s Abu Dhabi office.
Silva is a structured finance specialist advising US-based clients on asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions. His practice frequently includes acting as issuer’s and borrower’s counsel for data centers and fintech companies.
With a career spanning nearly two decades across the US, London, the UAE, and Australia, Silva brings extensive experience in finance, corporate, and tax matters, with a particular emphasis on infrastructure assets.
